In celebration of its 40th anniversary, La Maison du Chocolat launched "Icons in XXL," fan favorites spanning 40 years of chocolate making from the masters of ganache.

When dietician and belly dancer Sarahbeth Marshall, otherwise known as Yeli, traveled to Italy, she discovered flavor-infused chocolates that she had never seen or tasted before. She brought that inspiration back to Dallas, Texas.
