The 18 teams vying for the title of Pastry World Champion will compete around a common theme: national heritage.

The Grand Final competition will welcome 60 experts, divided into 20 teams, from all over the world.

On January 21, the Pastry World Cup, during Sirha Lyon 2023, announced Japan as its first-place winner.
