Carbonaut has introduced 13 new low-carb bread and bakery products in the brand’s first year, including its latest innovations, Gluten-Free Bagels and Gluten-Free Pizza Crust.

Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery was recently able to chat with Carbonaut about the company's origins and how it came to produce keto bread.

From mid-2020 through mid-2021, Carbonaut, a Silver Hills Bakery brand, has released new bread varieties, including hamburger and hot dog buns.
