The company formerly known as Schenck Process FPM has officially transitioned its name to Coperion.

Following its September 2023 acquisition by Hillenbrand, Schenck Process Food and Performance Materials transitions its name and brand to Coperion.

Due to business growth in its North American Chemical & Performance Materials business unit, Schenck Process has hired Rod Henricks to serve as executive director of sales. 

Schenck Process recently introduced its new IT solution, CONiQ Cloud, on March 8, 2021.

Schenck Process Group (SPG) has reached an agreement to acquire Baker Perkins, a global supplier of food processing equipment and aftermarket services for the bakery, confectionery, biscuit, cookie and cracker, breakfast cereal and pet food end-markets.
