Sadly, I’m among the many Americans this year stuck inside my house all day, every day because: snow. We’ve been getting about 3 feet dumped on us every other week this year, and even our evergreen trees look ready to give up and lose their needles.

To persevere, I’ve been going through a bag of Brookside pomegranate dark chocolates every other day. Don’t judge me. Those things are amazing. Hey, fruit plus dark chocolate totally equals healthy. Amirite?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m still eating Snicker’s Bites for breakfast. I’d never abandon those little pieces of wonderful chocolate and nougat. But the Brookside chocolates have become my latest addiction. My understanding of the situation is that calories don’t count when there’s snow on the ground — something to do with hibernation and below freezing temperatures.

The other side effect of staying indoors all day is that I’ve been overdosing on Buzzfeed. You know, the list-icle site that usually just runs pictures of nostalgic things with numbers next to them and somehow it makes you feel happy and sad at the same time? I.E. “16 Things Teen Girls Wore In The Winter Of 1996” (I loved my chunky boots!).

Ya, that site. And well, that site also has recently added quizzes. Quizzes to which I am sure you have, at the very least, seen results from on your Facebook feed. As in, you now know which Disney Princessthat girl you went to high school with is deep down inside.

Reminiscent of the series of questions I answered endlessly as a young girl to find out if I was “too into my crush” or “what kind of friend I was.” (“Yes” and “Very loyal” respectively), the quizzes on Buzzfeed are a little more gender neutral and a little more grown up, but they’re just as addicting. I.E. “Which Disney Couple Is Your Ideal Relationship?”

So, in the spirit of jumping on every single cool new thing the very second it’s trending on Twitter, I thought I’d do a little candy quiz of my own this week for everyone. With a little bit of (non-)scientific research and a very healthy amount of knowledge about the confectionery industry, I created the PERFECT quiz to help you determine what kind of candy you are!
