For the 20th year, the Food Safety Summit will be providing an in-depth schedule of education sessions when it returns to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL May 7-10, 2018.

The 19th Annual Food Safety Summit, held last week in Rosemont, IL attracted nearly 1,700 registered food safety professionals and 190 exhibiting companies. 

Held for the first time in the Chicago area, the 18th Annual Food Safety Summit attracted nearly 1,700 food-safety professionals and more than 200 exhibitors.

The 2016 Food Safety Summit will be held May 10–12 in Rosemont, IL, and feature new educational sessions, exhibitors and networking opportunities.
