AAK announced the addition of Jim Rethore to its AAK USA leadership team, as well as Dr. James S. Jones, as Vice President. Jim Rethore joins AAK as Vice President-Operations.

Jim Rethore will have responsibility for leading Operations across AAK USA. Jim has more than 30 years of operational experience, including nearly 10 years leading six manufacturing sites for Cargill’s Dressings, Oils and Sauces business unit. Previous to joining AAK, Jim led the engineering team working on Keurig Green Mountain’s recent launch of Kold Technology. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
Jim Jones will have responsibility for leading all Customer Innovation activities across AAK USA and Canada. Jones brings 30 years of technical experience with him, including more than 25 years of product, package and process development for frozen, refrigerated and shelf stable foods. Most recently Jones lead the Research and Development team at Rich Products working on consumer brands and food service. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Arizona and a Ph.D. in Food Science from Purdue University.
