tna, Sydney, has acquired Unique Solutions, Chicago, a provider of inserting and labeling equipment, as well as value-added inserts and onserts. The acquisition gives tna access to Unique Solutions’ turnkey In-Pak and On-Pak programs, which use the company’s continuous perforated bandolier (CPB) technology, and forms part of tna’s ongoing strategy to support food manufacturers worldwide with a full range of packaging and processing solutions from a single source.
