East Balt Bakeries, Chicago, has acquired The Wendy’s Co.’s Zanesville, OH, bakery business, The New Bakery Co., LLC. Wendy’s sale of The New Bakery Co. is consistent with Wendy’s overall growth strategy to focus resources against its core restaurant business.
