The Warrell Corp. is taking the idea of sweet treats to a whole new level with a new project that pairs confections with caring.
To raise awareness of, as well as rally support for a cure for breast cancer, Warrell is partnering with The Young Survivors Coalition (YSC) and releasing two new products in the fall. That’s right, they’re going pink!
Established in 1998, YSC is the premier global organization dedicated to helping young women diagnosed with breast cancer. Warrell will donate five percent of the proceeds from both new breast cancer awareness products to YSC when they hit the shelves.
Individually wrapped Classic Caramel brand Pink Vanilla Caramel Squares will be packed in breast cancer awareness themed display cases. Katharine Beecher brand Pink Yogurt Coated Pretzel Ribbons will be available in stand up pouches. The crunchy, ribbon-shaped pretzels are drenched in a sweet, pink yogurt coating and are a great snack to take on the go.
“Warrell Corp. is very pleased with this partnership. We are offering very innovative niche products to the market to support a great cause,” says Richard Warrell, v.p. of sales and marketing.

The company markets products under brands including as Katharine Beecher, Classic Caramel, Cravemmm!, Pennsylvania Dutch Candies, Bonomo Turkish Taffy and Flipsticks to the retail trade.
