Sunrise Candy purchases assets of Simply Goodies
El Paso, Texas-based Sunrise Candy, LLC, an affiliate of Sunrise Confections (a division of Mount Franklin Foods, LLC), announced the purchase of assets from the foreclosing lender of Simply Goodies, LLC. The Simply Goodies company includes brands such as Warner’s, Family Sweets, Blueberry Hill Foods and Bradford Fine Candies.
