Sensient Colors has expanded its natural color line to include microfine colors ideal for those working with color in a dry state.
Specifically, the colors would work well in topical seasonings, dry mix beverages and powered food applications, Sensient says.
“This new natural color technology allows us to deliver plating characteristics, commonly found in synthetic pigments, in a natural color powder,” says Tom Tsimboukis, marketing director for Sensient U.S. Food Colors.
The microfine natural colors are available in a full spectrum of custom shades, and they will be showcased at IFT11 in New Orleans, June 11-14, booth# 4217.
