Specialty candy retailer IT’SUGAR will open a 2,000-sq.-ft. store at Chicago’s Navy Pier this month.
The store will offer the unique candy and novelty products, including over-the-top indulgences and funny specialty items such as an all-marshmallow cereal box, IT’SUGAR’s line of Saturday Night Live Candy, the World’s Largest boxes of Nerds and Sour Patch Kids, and giant boxes of All Pink Starbursts.
Drawing inspiration from Chicago’s long confectionery history, the store will also offer a “Taste of Chicago Box,” which features products that originated in Chicago including Tootsie Rolls, Razzles, Baby Ruth, Juicy Fruit, Charleston Chew, Sugar Daddy, Chuckles and more.
“We are thrilled to finally bring our brand to Navy Pier, a centerpiece for Chicago’s diverse arts and cultural treasures, which is synonymous with old-world Chicago,” said IT’SUGAR Founder and CEO Jeff Rubin. “We look forward to sharing the IT’SUGAR experience with the community. This one-of-a-kind store is a truly unique destination filled with candy, gag gifts and fun novelty items for people of all ages.”
Located at 600 E. Grand Avenue, IT’SUGAR at the Navy Pier will be open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
