Smartfood and Doritos, two snack brands owned by PepsiCo, have announced a second collaboration on a new snack product. Smartfood Doritos Cool Ranch popcorn features the tangy flavor blend associated with the tortilla chip, blending onion, garlic, tomato, and spice on Smartfood’s air-popped, ready-to-eat popcorn. The limited-edition snack follows last year’s Smartfood Doritos Nacho Cheese popcorn, which marked the first mashup between the two brands.

Pringles introduced two new Pringles flavors that are inspired straight from Mexico as a channel exclusive for 7-Eleven. These flavors will be available at 7-Eleven stores from May 2023 through early 2024. The two new flavors are Pringles Las Meras Meras Habaneras and Pringles Enchilada Adobada. Pringles Las Meras Meras Habaneras brings a bold taste of roasted habanero chili peppers, lime, and salt, while Pringles Enchilada Adobada offers taste of adobo, hot chili peppers, lime, and salt.
LesserEvil is joining the Disney 100 Years of Wonder celebration with the launch of a limited-edition popcorn flavor, Celebration Popcorn. The specially crafted offering is made with organic popcorn, dusted with a hint of raw cane sugar, and tumbled with organic olive oil for a premium quality, family-friendly snack. The sweet-and-salty offering will be available in 6.75-oz. party-size bags nationwide at Whole Foods Markets and Sprouts, before entering additional retailers in the coming months.

Mason Dixie Foods has just launched an 8-count Cheddar Biscuit Sandwich in Costco. The 8-count box retails for $14.99 and is available at all locations throughout the Midwest. Ready-to-eat, the sandwiches are made with sausage and cage-free egg, contain 15 grams of protein per sandwich, and are free from artificial ingredients and preservatives.
In anticipation of Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, in theaters May 5, several popular General Mills products are undergoing an out-of-this-world transformation inspired by the beloved band of misfits from the film. Iconic mascots like Lucky the Leprechaun and Trix Rabbit will don new outfits—inspired by the Guardians team suits—on six collectible cereal boxes, while fans can also get their hands on special versions of cereal bars and GrootGurt, a Guardians-inspired takeover of Go-Gurt.
