Grower-owned cooperative and maraschino cherry producer Oregon Cherry Growers, Inc. has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Pacific Coast Producers, a California based grower-owned cooperative that processes and packages fruits and tomatoes for private label retail and foodservice sales.
