BEMA has announced the addition of seven new members to BIF, the Baking Industry Forum, expanding this team to 18 members.

Members of BIF will contribute perspectives in a new, regular, editorial column on the subject of bakery operational Efficiency.

Skilled positions will be in higher demand in the coming years, according to reports at this year’s Winter Summit, hosted by the Baking Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds (BEMA), March 2-3 at the Chicago Marriott. A new educational track was presented. Attendance at the networking reception broke records.
