B&G Foods, Inc. announced that it has completed the sale of the Back to Nature brand to BA Brussels, LLC, a subsidiary of Barilla America, Inc.

Barilla, which produces pasta and bakery products, was founded in Italy 145 years ago.

Barilla, renowned for its pasta, introduces its Italian cookie line, Mulino Bianco by Barilla, to the United States.
