The National Confectioners Association’s show, May 20-22 at Chicago’s McCormick Place, presented a whirlwind of new snacks and bakery items its Most Innovative New Product Awards, where such items were taste-tested by an elite panel of industry food experts and then voted on by attendees.
Tim Quinn of Mars Chocolate North America will again chair the National Confectioners Association’s (NCA) 2014 Sweets & Snacks Expo, which will be held May 20-22 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.
After 22 years, National Confectioners Association (NCA) president Larry Graham plans to retire in 2014; the association prepares for a smooth transition of leadership. Graham has overseen significant changes in the association’s structure and intends to be actively involved in the recruiting process and transition to ensure an organized change of leadership.
