Acquisition expands flexible manufacturing capacity on West Coast.

Ruiz Food Products, Inc. has acquired the assets of Culinary International, LLC, a contract manufacturer of ready-to-eat frozen and refrigerated Mexican foods.
The frozen Mexican foods marketer names Rachel Cullen president and CEO effective immediately. Cullen has more than 25 years of experience with leading food and consumer businesses such as Unilever, Kraft, Orange Glo International and, most recently, Dean Foods Ice Cream.
