Seattle Chocolate has debuted a new seasonal chocolate collection, Summer Scoops, inspired by the flavors of nostalgic ice cream treats and carefree summers.
New flavors include Mango Plantain, Orange Blossom Espresso and 85% Dark.

The three new varieties are inspired by flavor combinations Seattle Chocolate CEO Jean Thompson and her team have discovered in their culinary exploration and travels.
In addition to revamping its logo, tagline and packaging design for the first time in a decade, the Seattle Chocolate Co. has also reworked the size, shape and taste profile of its beloved chocolate bars.
Ever since I've gotten myself more entangled in the world of candy, I've been repeatedly humbled and awed by the lengths to which this industry goes to create lasting social and global impact.
In conjunction with Hunger Action Month, the candy company is launching its 2015 every chocolate gives anti-hunger campaign, which will continue through December of this year.
From Chocolat Moderne to The Tea Room Chocolate Co. and the Seattle Chocolate Co., plus many others, chocolatiers showed off their most creative treats.
