The 4th European Savoury Snack Summit entitled: ‘How Responsible Are We?’ will take place 19 June at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Brussels.
Organised by the European Snacks Association, the biennial Savoury Snack Summit has developed into a mustattend event for representatives of all stakeholders involved in nutrition and healthy lifestyles. This year’s edition will provide an excellent opportunity to participate in an exchange of experiences in the field, with assessment of the progress made and an up-to-date view of the current regulatory developments and the key activities with regards to advertising, labelling and food safety. This event brings together high level speakers from industry, regulators, EU institutions, NGOs and consulting agencies to engage in a pro-active and progressive debate. Despina Spanou, Principal Advisor DG SANCO; and Chair, EU Platform for Action on Diet, Physical Activity and Health and the High Level Group on Nutrition and Physical Activity is scheduled to give a keynote address.
