International Baking Industry Exposition exhibitors have until June 1 to submit their applications for IBIE’s sustainability program, B.E.S.T. in Baking.
Exhibit space sales surge as the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) prepares for its 2013 show. A record-breaking 40% jump in attendance at the last show suggests the baking expo will enjoy an even more enthusiastic reception at the upcoming show, Oct. 6-9, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas.
The Tortilla Industry Association is again rotating the dates for its 2013 TIA Convention and Technical Seminar. By scheduling the convention in May, TIA can again co-locate its Technical Seminar with the IBIE show in October.
