The Middleby Corporation’s Industrial Bakery Group has named Eng. Scott McCally as Vice President of Engineering and Eng. Rick Rodarte as Vice President of Operations of The Middleby Bakery Group in Plano, TX.

The Middleby Corp., an Elgin, Ill.-based developer, manufacturer and marketer of foodservice and food-processing equipment, purchases Stewart Systems Global, L.L.C., Plano, Texas, which manufactures baking systems. The acquisition places Middleby at more than $1 billion in sales annually.
