Private equity firm Vestar Capital Partners will purchase Nonni’s Food Group from Wind Point Partners, an equity firm based in Chicago, the companies announced Tuesday.

For the first time, Nonni’s Foods is introducing a new limited batch of spring biscotti flavors. Inspired by the freshness of the spring season, White Chocolate Cherry Biscotti and Limoncello Pistachio Biscotti hit select grocery stores nationwide in March.

Just in time for spring and for the first time ever, Nonni’s Foods is introducing two new limited batch flavors to its seasonal biscotti product line – White Chocolate Cherry Biscotti and Limoncello Pistachio Biscotti.

Nonni’s Foods introduced its new limited edition seasonal treats, Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti and Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Biscotti, inspired by flavor varieties sweeping the culinary scene.

Nonni’s Foods’ new limited edition Cranberry Cioccolati Biscotti will be available through December or until supplies run out.

Nonni’s Foods’ new limited edition Caramel Apple Biscotti will be available until December.
