Glanbia Nutritionals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Glanbia plc, is pleased to announce that it has agreed to acquire Foodarom, a Canadian-based custom flavor designer and manufacturer servicing the food, beverage and nutritional product industries with turn-key flavors and formulation support.
