The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) recently announced that it will transition the 2021 annual event and food expo, slated for July 19-21 at McCormick Place in Chicago, to a fully digital experience.
This year's IFT show was very different because of the coronavirus pandemic: it was virtual-only, and was renamed SHIFT20. All events took place online, from July 12-15.
