Campbell Soup Co. agrees to acquire Kelsen Group A/S, a Danish baked snacks producer, from private equity firm Maj Invest and several other investors to expand its international footprint and baked snacks growth in China.
The Norwalk, Conn.-based snack food maker named Irene Chang Britt president, the first woman to run the company in nearly a half-century. Britt succeeds Pat Callaghan, who steps down after more than 30 years.
