The National Confectionery Sales Association has inducted the 2019 honorees into the Candy Hall of Fame.

The Specialty Food Association, host of the bi-annual Fancy Food Shows, has undergone a complete rebranding effort.

Salon du Chocolat will bring its demonstrations, sculptures and Chocolate Fashion Show to New York City this fall.

More than 8,500 visitors attended 2018 Yummex Middle East, the leading trade show for sweets and snacks in the Middle East and North Africa.
