Sherwood Brands and its affiliates eventually succumbed to the effects of a challenging economy, and starting on Feb. 24 company assets will be liquidated in a series of auctions.

Thompson Chocolate will feature several holiday treats for both Christmas and Halloween. These specially wrapped chocolates feature several different seasonal themes: the Groovy Ghost chocolates, for example, are shaped like ghosts and wrapped in foil that shows a ghost carrying a Jack-O-Lantern.
World’s Finest Chocolate’s Queen Anne’s cordial cherry treat now comes in a French vanilla flavor for the holidays. A premium whole cherry and French vanilla-flavored light, creamy filling are surrounded by a milk chocolate shell.
