Middleby Bakery Group recently announced the hiring of two new sales managers.

Brent Grantham will primarily handle accounts related to Stewart Systems and Baker Thermal Solutions in the USA and Canada. Grantham spent over 10 years at Baker Thermal Solutions in the past, his first being as a Co-op while completing his associates degree in engineering. He has spent time in engineering, applications, and project engineering so has a great feel for Middleby's companies and culture.

The last 4 years, Grantham was with Bijur Delimon, first as an applications engineer and most recently as a sales engineer supplying lubrication solutions to a variety of industries.

Middleby has also hired a new sales director, for Spooner Vicars Bakery Systems: Mr Gerard Nelson. He joins Spooner Vicars with over 20 years of experience in international sales, and 10 years direct experience in the biscuit industry gained with Baker Perkins and Haas Meincke.
