ASB BakingTech will take place on February 26-28, 2017 in Chicago. Over 1,300 baking professionals will combine to make this the “Best Week in Baking.” Keynote addresses will come from Nathan Myhrvold, author and founder of The Cooking Lab, and Sanjay Khosla, senior fellow, Kellogg Shool of Management, Northwestern University and former president of developing markets at Kraft Foods. Also, technical breakout sessions in Training, Ingredients, Technology, Safety & Regulatory tracks will be offered.
Cedric King, US Army Master Sergeant, will deliver the closing keynote. As an Army Ranger, King lost both legs in an explosion during a tour in Afghanastan in 2012 and has since gone on to compete in marathons and Ironman events, while delivering inspirational and motivational speaches across the U.S.
ASB will hold its MarketPlace tabletops during BakingTech, featuring 200 vendors.
