TQM to Feature New Topics and Equipment Innovations
The Snack Food Association’s third annual Wilbur A. Gould Total Quality Management Short Course for the Snack Food Industry has been expanded to feature three new critical topics and equipment companies, as well as a tour of the Wyandot snack food processing plant.
The course will be held September 10-14 at  The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Topics include: International Issues Facing the Snack Food Industry, Food Quality, and Shelf-Life and Dehydrated Potato Flakes in the Snack Food Industry.

Management Workshop & Pretzel and Baked Snacks Set
Sales and marketing and manufacturing/operations personnel should plan to attend the 2007 SFA Management Workshop October 21-23 at the Wyndham Gettysburg, Gettysburg, Pa.

Clebe McClary, a motivational/inspirational speaker who suffered devastating injuries in Vietnam, will discuss “Giving What it Takes.”
