The American Society of Baking (ASB), Swedesboro, N.J., has posted details about the BakingTech 2012 conference online atwww.asbe.org. The event, slated for March 4-7 at the Marriott Downtown Chicago Magnificent Mile, Chicago, will gather colleagues and friends during "The Best Week in Baking" week. This year’s theme is "RISE UP: In Community, In Company, In Industry and In Self," and the lineup of speakers and networking opportunities promises to make this the best ASB meeting ever.
BakingTech 2012 will highlight keynote addresses from David Grossman, Dr. Paul White, and Dr. Klaus Tenbergen. Technical sessions will focus on topics such as Old School ASBE, Niche/Products Baking, Engineering, Market Demographics, Today's Bakery, Ingredients, Safety/Sanitation, and Logistics/Supply Chain.
