Artisan chocolate company Brix Chocolate has added a new Smooth Dark Chocolate to its line of all-natural, hand-crafted chocolates. Formulated to pair with wine, the chocolate is made of single-origin Ghanaian chocolate, known for its bright, red fruit tones.
