A new report by the National Confectioners Association and the Fine Chocolate Industry Association is taking a detailed look at chocolate consumers, their preferences and their impact on the chocolate retail experience.
Goetze’s Candy Co. will launch two limited-edition varieties of Cow Tales in time for the Sweets and Snacks Expo: Sour Strawberry Cow Tales and Caramel Brownie Cow Tales.
Each product brought in more than $120 million last year, according to IRI data.

Kinder Joy and M&M’S Caramel have topped the list of IRI’s 2018 food and beverage New Product Pacesetters, the Chicago-based research firm announced Wednesday.
