The cheesemakers at Schuman Cheese have introduced Delve Mascarpone Truffles, a refrigerated confection crafted with creamy mascarpone cheese and wrapped in 100% sustainably sourced chocolate.
The collection includes four varieties:
- Sea-Salted Caramel Crème 8-Ct. Box: Sea-salted caramel, dark chocolate and mascarpone unite for a balance of salty and sweet.
- Raspberry 8-Ct. Box: Sweet, tart raspberry meets the creaminess of mascarpone.
- Lemon 8-Ct. Box: A bright, delightful combination with a burst of lemon flavor, matched with smooth mascarpone and a white chocolate shell.
- Chocolate Ganache 8-Ct. Box: A classic, rich chocolate mixed with creamy mascarpone and wrapped in a milk chocolate shell.
- 36-Ct. Variety Pack: A trio of flavors including Sea-Salted Caramel Crème and two exclusive varieties, Chocolate Ganache and Tiramisu.

The 8-ct. boxes have a suggested retail price of $7.99, while the 36-ct. variety pack has a suggested retail price of $15.99.
