Month-long campaign aims to promote sourdough in Europe

Fedima, the Federation of European Manufacturers and Suppliers of Ingredients to the Bakery, Confectionary and Patisserie Industries, has launched a campaign to promote sourdough and to inform consumers on the ingredient.
