The president of the
private label company’s frozen products division gave his notice.
Ralcorp Holdings Inc reports that Richard Scalise, president of the private label company’s frozen bakery products division will resign effective April 3 to pursue other opportunities.
Kevin Hunt, Ralcorp's co-CEO and president, will assume Scalise's position and responsibilities.
The St. Louis-based company’s frozen bakery division reported more than $700 million in annual sales last year. The business supplies frozen par-baked breads, cookies, Danish, biscuits and muffins and other products to retail customers.
