Sethness Roquette is offering its darkest Class I Powder Caramel Color 1360PW for providing a versatile reddish-brown color to food and beverage manufacturers. Its 1360PW is a plain or caustic Caramel Color carrying a very weak negative charge which, in some applications, may appear to be neutral. It can be used when companies are looking to replace a Class III or IV powder with a Class I, where the hue of other Class I products may be too high in orange or yellow.

Our 1360PW Class I Powder Caramel Color offers a versatile reddish-brown color, with a Tinctorial Power of 0.300 - 0.400, a typical hue index of 6.0, and pH value of 7.0 - 9.0, and can be used for applications such as spice blends, cinnamon and cocoa extenders, baked goods like a cinnamon swirl, and dry pet foods. Sethness Roquette Caramel Colors are used by developers in an extensive variety of foods and beverages.
